Filmmaker Chris McKay's Nightwing movie is officially "dead" according to The Wrap's film reporter, Umberto Gonzalez.
McKay's project will not be pursued any further, and there is seemingly no place for a Nightwing solo outing in the upcoming DCU.
Despite McKay's Nightwing film being canceled, there is still a chance that the character of Dick Grayson may appear in James Gunn and Peter Safran's DCU.
